This week (14-24 June) is Drowning Prevention Week, created by the Royal Life Saving Society UK.
As part of the award-winning Refill campaign, the UK public were urged to take part in National Refill Day on June 19, in a bid to prevent plastic pollution caused by single-use plastic water bottles.
Councillor Elaine Costigan visited South Staffs Water’s Community hub to support its food bank collection for local charities within the community.
Following on from the success of the last open farm event in December 2018, we will be hosting another at Atkin Farms in Uttoxeter on 18 June.
Having an active involvement in our local community is an ongoing commitment that we have made to our customers.
